1 Overview
1.1 Scope of application
JCM1 series circuit breakers are mainly used for AC, undervoltage and short circuit protection for distributed power and protection lines and power supply in the distribution network with 50Hz-60Hz, rated insulation voltage 800V, rated working voltage 690V and below and rated current below 1250A , 400A frame type and below the circuit breaker can also be used as motor overload, under voltage and short circuit protection. Under normal circumstances can be used as a frequent conversion of the line and the motor is not frequent start.
This series of circuit breakers with small size, short circuit breaking capacity, arcing distance is small, anti-vibration characteristics, when the overload current or short-circuit current reaches or exceeds its specified value, the circuit breaker will automatically trip, cut off the power, device of.

1.3 normal use, installation and transportation conditions
1.31 normal conditions of use
A) the ambient air temperature limit does not exceed +40 ℃, the lower limit of not less than -5 ℃, 24 hours within the average does not exceed +35 ℃;
B) the altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000 m;
C) The relative humidity of the atmosphere shall not exceed 50% at the ambient maximum temperature of + 40 ° C and may have a relatively high relative humidity at a lower temperature (eg 90% at 20 ° C) and taking into account changes in temperature The condensation on the surface of the product;
1.3.2 Normal installation conditions

1.3.3 Normal storage and transportation conditions

B) relative humidity (25 ℃) not more than 95%;

2.3 Electric control When the circuit breaker is closed or disconnected, its action value
A) When the circuit breaker is operated with an electric operating mechanism, at any voltage between the control power supply voltage of 85% to 110%
